つゆの素 水・・・・・・・・・・・・・2カップ（360cc） 濃い口醤油・・・・・・・・・おおさじ1と1/2 砂糖・・・・・・・・・・・・こさじ1と1/2 ほんだし顆粒・・・・・・・・こさじ大盛り 味の素・・・・・・・・・・・こさじ１ 昆布茶・・・・・・・・・・・こさじ1/2 牛脂・・・・・・・・・・・・1cm角 しょうがの絞り汁・・・・・・3滴
隠し味 無塩バター・・・・・・・・・3mm角 酢・・・・・・・・・・・・・3滴
作り方
１. 牛肉を広げてラップで包み、棒などで叩いて伸ばす ２. たまねぎをスライスして手でほぐす ３. 鍋につゆの素を入れてかき混ぜる、牛脂をいれ火にかけ沸騰したら弱火にしてアクを取りながら4分間煮る ４． たまねぎを入れ弱火で4分煮たら牛脂を取り出す ５． 肉をいれはしで良くほぐす、強火で2分間煮ながらアクをきちんと取る(重要)更に弱火で1分煮る ご飯を盛る ６． 火を止めバターを入れて軽く混ぜる ７． 穴あきおたまで具をすくってボウルに移す、酢をたらし混ぜてご飯にのせる。 お好みでつゆだくでｗ
